Not surprised. compulsive liar and scumbag thats been massively overhyped and celebrated.
His status as a purported "American hero" and Navy SEAL, along with the taboo of saying anything negative about someone who is dead, shields him from a lot of criticism.

The forms the navy gave him stated that he earned those medals if you read the article.
Regardless the guy still had an incredible military career, a bus load of medals and at no stage was his valor ever in doubt during his military career.
So he told some porkies to sell books, big deal, if you do not embellish a story little you are not fit to be an author.
