anyone know of the most reliable internet provider(s) in north cal?

e/ im hearing comcast is the most preferred.. but ive also hear theyre total trash. Im seeing At@T u-verse but that seems kind of sketch

AT&T gfg internet. Just gotta pay the extra money for gg internet

and then with my free upgrade, im still paying 44 a month, 11 insurance.
