She was the title character in Lolita. It was filmed while she was 15 or 16. It wasn't released in the US until after her 18th birthday. The pic in the OP is from that movie.

She would of been 17 when the one she was in was filmed it was made in 1997 she was born in 1980

It was released overseas in 1997. Filming would have happened before that, with enough time to do post. My guess is late 96, at the latest.
