anyone else taking this? been taking 15mg lately

I took like 3 mg a day before I got pregnant, can't take it while pregnant though

upped from 2,5mg past five days - maybe some tolerance but not sure

oh - thats not nice

wasnt feeling effects of 15mg so took 5mg more hmm

Melatonin gave me insomnia tbh

i have 3 mg pills. i consumed 1 pill first, then upped to 3 pills (9mg). my friend buys 5 mg pills and takes 2 (10mg).
