I was with a friend the other day and realized I talk to myself a lot, not just in my head but vocally too. I will ask myself questions then answer them all out loud. I do it in public too.. Like at the store I will catch myself asking out loud if I want so and so, I know a lot of people do it in their head but to actually vocalize it and realize how often I do it has me wondering what is fucked up in my head lol. I try and remember not to do it but it always happens regardless of how hard I try not to. Any other weirdos out there?

Hearing my thoughts out loud helps me organize them.
