there's nothing wrong with wearing those if the person wearing them is comfortable in them!

i wouldn't wear them though cuz it looks like it would be a hard shoe to put on but they look really comfortable!

i have to be careful with the shoes i get cuz i had a staph/pseudomonas infection that rekt my feet and did some nerve damage!

Depends on the context, if you wear them with a suit it'd probably look pretty weird. On the other hand, if you wear them to take a walk or something then no.
