4 weeks today since i've stopped smoking weed
i've lost about 17ish pounds (from 180-185 to 165-168)
like....what? huh?
i've barely done anything in terms of physical activity, aside from going for a few more walks
admittedly i have been eating less...i think. i've also been eating more healthily.
but 17ish pounds...srsly?


has anybody had a similar experience?

It takes some time for your appetite to come back. Don't worry about it.

Happened to me as well, 10 lbs in the first week.

i didn't lose any pounds when i quit smoking weed and i quit a year ago!

Some might be a bit of water weight and bloat.

no more munchies so you aren't snacking and eating like a whale any more. I just started smoking again after a year break and jesus christ can I put it down when stoned.
