

the progress is real captain original weight 241 current weight 203~
now its all about more cutting carb days on and off and lifting when my backs not too racked
got some strenght back 250 lbs deadlift 360 hacksquat 300 smithpress squat. 175lbs cable row bench not worth mentionning i do 75s for dumbell chest prest.
i am a mirror of what i was before my car accident but happy of progress
