I'm pretty much committed at this point.

There's about a 95% chance I'm gonna be doing this 'till I'm dead

Amber. Pineapple mash. Wheat hefeweizen.

In order of appearance.

I know I need a lot more equipment but there's also something about cracking open a bottle when you get home from work...

That wonderful "PSST" noise.

Hell.

I may do a raffle soon.

Let's see where this goes though.

I'll probably get the setup after my 6-7th batch.

Gotta figure out wtf I'm doing first.

Also, I've been looking into getting a still.

There is no reason you cant bottle and keg. Some beers, especially some stronger ABVs, require long ages which i believe most people do in bottles. I also prefer plastic bucket over carboy. just is easier with my current set-up at apartment

I dont have any need for hard alcohol atm as 3 kegs keeps me pretty busy

If I do any stronger beers, I think I'd rather just get more carboys and let em sit.

There seems to be an advantage because you end up with a more consistent beer.

Or so I've heard.

How many kegs do you have?

And what's your setup?

There's a thing they sell at Costco that has room for two kegs and it comes premade with two taps on top ~$500.

The buckets to me just seemed sketchy, I've worked with a lot of chemicals and the plastic buckets retain some smells.

Also, I've got plenty of room, I may eventually set up some pro stuffs in my garage.
