I use Line messaging.

I have a problem.

With the latest version, I can now back up chat history in text only format or "all" which I assume includes pictures.

It has done that, and I sent it to my email. It was sent as a zip. Now...the problem is, how do I open the file? What program do I use to view it??

Yes of course I have extracted it but I am confused as to what program to use to actually view the chat and pictures.

Help me, if I can fix this you have all my fg.

Are you saying the new chat history back up is useless because it cannot be seen? So all we have now is just like before, the text only chat history?

No I can use this for chatting like whatsapp just fine.

But, when I want to back up chat history, normally I back it up fine,then I can see only the text using notepad. The stickers (emoticons) are not visible, because I use notepad only, therefore cannot see pictures.

However with the latest update it seems that I can back up the WHOLE history not just as a text file. Meaning I should be able to see pictures as well (the emoticons). So I backed it up, sent to my email in the form of ZIP. I extracted it, then....I dont know what program to use to view the chat history. That is the problem.
