Hello, I am available to mediate this guild transfer once you find a serious buyer. Just PM me including this topic when you have a buyer.
Step 1:
The old owner accepts the new owner into the guild.

Step 2:
The new owner sends the FG that goes to the old owner to a Mediator as well as 1000 fg for the guild transfer and 500 fg for the namechange (only if you want a namechange!!)

Step 3:
The new owner pm's the mediator with the desired name for the guild, as well as an alternate choice.

Step 4:
Then both owners wait until njaguar has changed the owners.

Step 5:
The mediator now will send the old owner the FG.
