I can mediate this when you find a serious buyer.
Guildtransfer Instructions:
Step 1: Old owner accept the new owner into the guild.
Step 2: New owner send the FG that goes to the old owner to a Mediator (could be me) as well as 1000 fg for the guild xfer and 500 fg for the namechange.
Step 3: New owner pm's the mediator with the desired name for the guild, as well as an alternate choice.
Step 4: Then both owners wait until njaguar has changed the owners.
Step 5: The mediator send the old owner the FG.
