The place you will get depends on the following:
MyAccountIs name > Purchasing your own Rank for 250fg's > stars > fg > post count > join date > profile
(top rank) (close to top rank) (good rank) (decent rank) (Oc Pawn)
Each new members that joins without MyAccountIs..., stars or high fg will be placed below you.
When your name changes, stars or fg rises, so will your place in the guild.
