Yes deadly strike would work on merc and could go up to 35 % then with gulli i guess

with peace you could then get another 25% chance to double damage through critical strike, this rolls independently and does not stack, but increases the chance to double damage to around 50% per hit i think

Fortitude armor should outperform that though

high damage roll with crit would deal 16K+ damage with gulli and fortitude theoretically ( with might aura )
