Sword is cute, it can be upped.
Base ias -15 after upping = it needs 20 ias (shael) to hit last ww bp.
But still dmg and ed too low compared to ba and other swords.
Collector item, i would keep it.

i like pala amu. Pm when you have a price for it

Imo only pala amu and jewels are d2jsp. The rest, akara food
