there needs to exist a buyer for it to have value. i doubt anyone would actually spend to buy this.

No, definetely not.
Very hard to sell jool, only good as temp 20-30max

Every time an item lacks like 1stat from perf or so, the value is half the perf one's value. So if perf goes for 100-150fg depending on how many for sale etc. it would be 50-75fg. But again, there also matters what people comment on p/c, and then sellers and/or buyers use the info for their own adventage. Marketing.
