You can upgrade Normal to Exceptional uniques, but not Exceptional to Elite uniques in non ladder

So you cant upgrade Arreats because its Exceptional unique.

ladder : u can upgrade uniques from normal version to exeptional, from exceptional version to elite

non ladder : u can upgrade from normal version to exceptional

Recipe:
1 Tal Rune + 1 Shael Rune + 1 Perfect Diamond + Normal Unique Armor = Exceptional Version of Armor
1 Ko Rune + 1 Lem Rune + 1 Perfect Diamond + Exceptional Unique Armor = Elite Version of Armor

Armor refers to any sort of armor, including helms, boots, belts, gloves and shields, not just body armor.

not charsi, but you cant upgrade, and yea, huge difference between 363 def and 504 def, also in price
20 fg vs 4000 fg, or how much is a perf upped non-eth, non-named arreats nowadays?
and a perf eth up 756 non-named open sox? how would be worth?

But if i was in laader and if i wiuld upgraded it the 504 def should be guarantee ? And def depend of my luck ?

defend varies at upgrade too, can be even lower then 363, varies from 351-504
so, u need huge luck for perf def
