i compared to hoto
the dmg went from 12k to 14k
but the fcr goes down , so the gain is not the full 2k and the res from the hoto must come from somewhere else
HOTO (125% FCR) 12,000 2.77 33,240
Scepter (85% FCR) 14,000 2.50 35,000
