unfortunately it has no value to sell or trade.

if they tell you "Akara" this means that it has no value so you should sell it to in-game merchants including Akara

those are LLD scepters with some good + skills on them (like hammer, conc, fanta etc)
yours only has +2 holy shock and is worthless for LLD

no he is not. only use for a scepter with Holy Shock is with 4 sockets to roll Holy Thunder and even that is not a good weapon

And Many already told this scepter is Useless even a Trusted ^^

Charsi or Akara not that hard to understand
