Are you sure you had +2skills and Corpse explosion?

I need someone to verify the following question, then i can go for one.

can tier 2-5 staffmod-skills spawn together on a high ilevel item that is also able to spawn +2 Nec?

edit: it looks like all the tier 1-2 (CE is tier 2 ) staffmods are impossible on ilvl 49+ which is needed for +2 Necro prefix

as far as i can see, only +1 Nec / +1 Nec Tree can spawn together with CE ( and on those amplify damage is impossible cause tier 1 )

alsoalso: normal cows is 1 level too low to hunt these :) you gotta go for normal a5 nilhathak, halls of anguish, pain (excluding bosses ) and vaught ( only normal monsters ) or nightmare a1-cave level1 (only normal monsters) if you want to have a chance on good rares which is a very narrow window

The skills on a wand can roll this way:
2sk
3ce +amp and golemmastery
OR
2sk
3ce +golemmastery and irongolem

It cannot have amp and irongolem, because then it would be 1-4 skilltree skillcaps.
I am just looking for those 2 possible rolls but a 5ce base is a must.

I may be wrong then but please anyone correct me that:

staffmod tiers 1-4 / 2-5 are able to spawn on 49+ ilvl items ???

i think ilvl 37+ items (49 needed for +2 Necro ) only spawn tiers 3-6 cause 6 would be the base tier for those items i think

01 ≤ iLvl ≤ 11: T1, T2
12 ≤ iLvl ≤ 18: T1, T2, T3
19 ≤ iLvl ≤ 24: T1, T2, T3, T4
25 ≤ iLvl ≤ 36: T2, T3, T4, T5 (D2C: iLvl ≥ 25) < normal cows alvl 28, e.g.: "white runeword" base possible tier 2-5 for 6 CE, amplify will not show up here but iron golem can, just as you also sayd already
37 ≤ iLvl ≤ 99: T3, T4, T5, T6 (D2X only)

normal cows should actually be perfect for your ISO ( without +2 nec !!!, +1 nec only champion/bosses ! )

After determining the "base-tier" by item lvl, all 3 possible staffmods individually roll for "tier-modification" in the range of -2 to +1 which actually is the cause for the 4 tier level restraint.

All 37+ ilvl items therefor cannot have CE as staffmod, the minimum tier for those is 3 ( base tier 5 - 2 )

There should never have been a +2 Necro wand with Corpse Explosion unless item level could be manipulated individually for +2 skills AND staffmod rolls
