strength cannot be on base cause of possible affix combinations, some life ( probably all life ) has to be on the base so no strength there.
119 coldres only possible with 2 x 10@ 30 CR jewels and 39 coldres on base i think
with 20@ base it would not be enough 2 x 40CR and @res on jewel would increase the overall @res on this beauty then
