Rushes include* all relevant quests listed below and all waypoints on all difficulties.

- Den of Evil (* Only included in Hell difficulty IF also levelling to 60+)

- Lam Esen
- Golden Bird*
- Izual
- Shenk
- Anya
- Waypoints* (excluding Nihla temple)
For rushes/Grushes you MAY control your own character but then I skip the *
Den of Evil, *
Golden Bird quests and *
waypoint-giving.
For multiple-character discounts to apply the characters need to be on different accounts.
Don't leave gear on characters. I'm not responsible for accidentally lost gear.
You can whisper "level" to your characters to check what level they're at. (Only works when they're in game)
