On my lvl 97, the stats were:
+48 to Max
+1600 to AR
One-Hand Damage: 18 to 87

It can be upped to:
Feral Claws, 22 To 53 (37.5 Avg), StrReq:113, DexReq: 113, Speed: [-20] Very Fast

Sooo, the damage would be... 22 to 101 damage (61.5 Avg).
Is it missing that big ED%?

The issue with this claw, is that a magic 2os fools gt with 40 ias and +3 LS would out perform this.

This would be a temp claw, at best

Yeah, with a magic one you get what you most want: 2 sockets to put UM
