I've never seen 17max rare jewel before, cool, is it good ?

Rares can roll up to 18max: 9pre/9suff. Not sure on any usability though…perhaps on a llder? Under lvl30- but 15@res/15 max magic jewel prob leaves these ignored? Also get more from an 24max magic jewel that can roll under lvl30 req…Anyone else either gonna run 40/15s for the ed or magic 30max jewels.

Str cap is 6 for under 30* so close there but 50points shy on ar or even 10@res would have been pretty sweet but very niche on usage.
