you asked me if a claw like this could roll 2os — yes, it’s possible.
rare items can have up to 6 affixes: 3 prefixes and 3 suffixes.
breakdown of your claw:
5% ctc amp – suffix (of amplification) → good roll.
+2 assassin skills – prefix (witch-hunter’s) → good roll.
10% ias – suffix (of readiness) → could have rolled of quickness for 40% ias.
143% enhanced damage – prefix (ferocious) → could have rolled cruel for higher ed, but ideally you’d want the fool’s mod here instead.**
+4 minimum damage – suffix (of measure) → could have rolled of restoration for auto-repair, but not essential.
+112 ar – prefix (platinum) → could have rolled mechanic’s for 2os.
* +3 to lightning sentry (or other specific skills) are automods on class-specific items like claws. that’s why you can find white claws with, for example, 3fade/3weaponblock/3blade shield.
** as you can see, having the witch-hunter’s prefix already makes this a hybrid claw by default. the problem is you lose a prefix slot that could have rolled fool’s or cruel, meaning you can’t get both high ar and high ed together with witch-hunter’s in the mix.
hybrid claws are designed to get 2os and fool’s mod, allowing you to apply open wounds and venom while weaving in surprise deadly whirlwinds during trapper-style play. it’s a hit-and-run approach.
however, your claw having ctc amp changes the game: if it had rolled cruel (300% ed) and ethereal with auto-repair, it could deal massive physical damage. that’s interesting and much rarer.
in summary, the best version of your claw would be something like:
1. ethereal ctc amp / +2 assassin / 40% ias / 300% ed / fool’s / +3 ls / auto-repair / 1os (because fool’s + cruel replaces the 2os mod),
2. non-eth ctc amp / +2 assassin / 40% ias / fool’s / +3 ls / knockback or life rep / 2os, or
3. ethereal ctc amp / +2 assassin / 40% ias / 300% ed / +3 ls / auto-repair / 2os.
bottom line: what makes your claw interesting is the ctc amp. but for it to be truly exceptional, it would have needed much higher raw damage potential on the base itself.

wrong.
if that had 30-40 ias with 2os it would still be around a 10k–15k claw, just because the ctc can be cool sometimes while dragon clawing a nec.
if it was option 3 of the ideal claws i mentioned, it would be a 250k+ claw.
current value is around 500 to 2k max.
your price check is way off, and it’s clear you don’t know sin items very well.
you don’t explain at all why 20-40 ias, 2os would “up the value to 5k+” like you said, or why auto-rep, 40 ias, 2os would be “50–100k” from what you’re claiming.
you also didn’t mention anything about the affix selection that makes the claw interesting or not, nor its intended usage.
next time you price check something, explain why, so people can actually understand where the f*ck your price is coming from.
right now all i see is a bunch of words and numbers that mean nothing.
