too be honest, i just want good jewels with lvl 30 or lower req. Min dmg max dmg is useless to me so if its there or not there, same difference, useless.
also iso 20 psn dmg over 2 seconds NO req jewels, additional mods are welcome.
melee char but really all stats are welcome besides min max as usless.
