My decision to sell it as perm or as unperm will solely depend on the level of reputation of the buyer. I can pass as many clashes as you need. Marked as safe here, on post 24.

If I remember correctly, you pmed me about it and we were going to complete a deal. But then I asked that if ever you get it clash tested again I would ask the favour that you video record the process, so you retracted.
