found this on steam.
free game

is that the same thing as Age of Conan?
is this an expantion?
or just a free version of the game or what?

It is the same game. Game is known now as Age of Conan: Unchained after introducing f2p model option

from 1-80 it's mostly free to play

theres some dungeon you cant go, and that about it

once you get to 80, if you want to be competitive than you have to buy the game and the expantion to get the alternative advancement
