Well besides being REALLY confused about this game, I can't read the chat box because stuff is faded and on the AoC forums all I read about is nerfs and what not. I dont know what to make.
I made a level 5 PoM then heard all they do is heal now, fuck that
I made a level 5 HoX because I heard there fun but they dont seem to have to much use it seems like, a casting class that neededs to be in melee range O_o.
Now I was going to start a Barb but I dont know.

I want a class that is highly fun, and does great damage, I liked Priests on WoW. (Shadow) that is, is there anything like that?
I know many will say like ToS but there next to be hit with the nerfbat after all the stuff about them being OP on forums.

Is this game for me if I want to run Dungeons and what not but also kill people :-P?

lol at lvl 5, you dont have anything to be able to determine what a class can or cannot do.

ill tell you this, pom is a healing class, but currently every healing class is op because they can heal AND do damage. I would say pom is prolly the squishiest of them.
My buddy plays a pom and he says its hard to kill people below around 50, but then it starts getting easier.

The truly overpowered class atm is a Tempest of Set. I am a conqueror, and I get raped every time, I cannot do a single bit of damage to a well played ToS.

Melee is very broken, hard to land combos in pvp, cant out damage their heals, but everyone can out damage my dps. I basically have to have someone stand still for me to be able to kill them. if the person knows how to kite well, its over for me.

As far as conqueror though, i have a lot of survivability. the guardians are better though. i can usually get away from 3 people beating on me if i dont get snared or stunned.

ToS are bound to be nerfed though if they are so OP.

Every priest class right now is op.. Even bear shaman. Assassin seems good methinks.

i played 4 classes so far, and my experience is that all of them are intresting especially when i played guardian it rly got me to the good, i mean it was totaly pleasent experience ...
i got him on lvl 25, btw now i know to use both way of chracter i mean feat trees like for guardian you can do big damage and good rannge with polearm/frenzy stance and it is totaly owning ppl to be ohnest
you got charge wich is looking rly nice quick sprint and jumping atack waaabaammmm... and loads of other skills feats etc.
barb is rly deadly machine as well but it is not that good from the perspecive of time as guardian is but if you got plan about it as i did it is satisfacting class either
ranger too he got trap, rly big distance damage is hard to get on good ranger while pvp with your other class thats the truth
and priest i got pom it is truely healing class with some damage and for ppl say that is owning at higher levels, but rolling pom u think clearly about healing, like to make that role in team or sth
so see that it is intresting playing all the calsses as u can imagine to be lvl 80 barb sorceress hunter or deadly psn assasin wich for me can get the biggest dps in the game ...
you can be mighty fearless bear shaman(not on low levels) or full of destruction HoX at your service see that there is plenty of choines here and for im waiting inpatiently till they gonna make that active battle combos system in game wich i seen idea off on aoc us forum ...will see im up to it as many other ppl i think
