can you complete quests with people in this game?...or like create party's to join like in diablo and wow

no u can create a partys with other ppl the thing is that on pvp serv there is always a chance that you gonna get killed by sb else i mean human player...
partys are up to 6 lpayers max /squared exp than and so on, so even partying u can meet uo other ppl party and had fight like for tresaure or sth,
and there is stiill load morwe o ther ppl actually playing it some of them alone some of them pertying some of them are in guild, so see its pretty much simple but rly satisfieing and game is awesome
