I played until lvl 22 ToS with a premade guild and we were the dominant guild on the server Bane.

The first few hours playing were honestly the best time i had in any mmorpg.
After traveling to old tarantia and other cirties the loading times and the linear quest just killed it for me.
I run 4G 320GB Dual core 1.83 each and 8600 and the game was giving me up to 27fps at the lowest settings, gg.

The end game looks amazing with cities and crafting but if the game gets linear and annoying within the first 22 levels i dont see how i can get to 80 and have fun.

Honestly WoW is going to be dominant mmorpg for a while. Warhammer might try to kill WoW but it will not succeed.

So why did i make this thread?
I hate the fact that Wow is going to run the market for a while while AoC becomes Funcomes past time.

So the main reason you didn't like the game was because your computer couldn't handle it? It seems to me that you haven't given it much of a chance, you left the noob zone (Tortage) and barely played outside of it before calling it off because your hardware couldn't give you good FPS. There's a grind in every MMO, in this game, there's grinds between your destiny quests that unlock new areas for you to explore. If that's linear, sure.

I hear what you are saying, but i just couldnt get involved with the game it seemed like another korean mmorpg with sexy graphics and new gameplay.

Maybe if i had a lvl 80 i would play, im gone stick around to see how high end gameplay is like and ill decided from there.

the reason why wow is going to be the dominant pc mmorpg is going to be because peoples computers arent good enough for AoC.

I guarantee the xbox live version will be far more popular than the pc.

Buy a better computer, enjoy the game to it's fullest. The combat system beats the shit out of WoW's.

vouch i have saimm config then you out me its 8800 GTX but well mnie is 50 fps with medium settings
But the loading time Is fucking Boring, all time when u enter in a house or smth u have a 5 sec or 6 loading time its break all.

Its really not living up to the hype so far for me. Its comes off as extremely average innovation wise, and it plays more like a console game than a PC game.

Im not even going to get into all the bugs/crashes/fps lag and other negatives

Personally i hardly experienced bugs or fps issues. Only crashed a couple of times so far.

In my opnion its living up to the hype, it has loads of potential and so far the game is just amazing.

i think the same but do you know if the console players will be able to play with us PC players? or will it be a separate network?
