find on the Terms of Service where it says anyone under 17 CANNOT play this game.
It's just rated 17+, that doesnt mean you can;t play it under that age, it means thats what age group should be playing it.
I bought it myself at walmart and im 15, no one said anything.

i dont really have to make a counter argument as all the points i have made have already been proven on their forums that it is strictly forbidden for anyone under 18 to play the game. it says in their tos, end of discussion. on the matter of it being illegal, it has something to do with accessing data while not agreeing to the tos.

here, since they patched today and the tos came up, ill provide you screenshots

lol typo... and what it means by having parental consent is if you live in a state where the age of majority isnt 18, you can have a parent consent for you to play. this comes into play for states like Mississippi, where the age of majority is 21, that means you arent considered an adult until you are 21, but funcom will let you play if your parents give consent when you are 18.

Who cares, if Funcom really did when you fill out their survey they shouldnt have an option under How old are you? for "13-17".

but if you do care enough about underage kids playing M rated games help yourself to the d2, hellgate london, halo, counter strike, and other M rated game forums on here. because im sure you will find a lot of other underage people playing and thats not going to stop them from playing lol.
