PoM is most powerful in PVE, not sure about PVP. I've played 5 characters to 80 now and am pretty sure PoM is #1 PVE right now.

Well pretty sure a ToS is equal if not even better in pve.
And necro is probarly the best Pve char of all, can handle a pull of like 10-15 mobs at once and has insane aoe.

Pve wise its pretty much Necro and ToS followed by PoM, the first two are the ones you want in your group at 60+ to lvl up efficiently.

even after the grey mosses update I can still solo sanctum

POM was nerfed. Clarity of Mind no longer stacks effectively with repulse.
