So I went to gamestop yesterday with the intention of buying this game. How ever after reading up on it, I heard its really buggy and what not. I heard the attacks are bugged at times, the chat box, and aiming your attacks are gay. Combos dont always work. Quests are bugged and cant be finished. I know its still new and there is alot to be done. But I heard alot of people say that in a few months they think people will just got back to WoW.
I myself played WoW, got find of bored and was thinking of trying this. But from what I heard now, the game is O.K. but still alot has to be worked out.
A few questions though. Whats the highest level 80?
And how long does it take to level? Is it like WoW? Like multiple hours for one level?
Whats a really cool class? If I made it I was going to make a priest. Are they like WoW? Do they do ALOT of damage?
Is Silver / Gold hard to get?
WoW was just as buggy on release.
It didnt, however, have the previous fan-base OR the record numbers that AoC has.
Mu main is level 40, and is just this side of getting her first gold peice(the only thing I've wanted gold for is a faster mount) and thats without grinding.
Had i grinded for gold, I'd probably had a handful right now.
I have only seen on broken quest(Pyramid of the Ancrents) and have only encountered 3 Client crashes.
None of this is enought to deter me from playing.
My suggestion to you is to just play the Effing game and not worry about what is and wast isnt there.
By the time everything is finished, the people who left or didn tplay will wish they had chosen otherwise.
