I would say that he killed you pretty fair and square. I am really sorry for your loss. I too got earned once and it wasn't a good feeling.
Don't fall for his honey trap, he is a crocodile in disguise, he will be nice to u, befriend u, to get info on players exp game. He helps u out a bit. Then before u know, ur character is dead. He was in my friend list, that's how he joined. I blocked and reported him now.
