I'm moving to Århus for a Masters degree. I'm at the moment scouting the market for suitable apartments/housing for me + 2 friends that are moving together.
In Norway we have a website that pretty much anyone who wants to rent out their apartments post their ads. Do you have something similar in Denmark? So far I've found boligportalen.dk, which seems fine, but it doesn't have many places that suits our needs I think..

Also, when the ad says "4 værelse", does that mean 4 bedrooms? or is it more like 3 bedrooms + 1 livingroom / 2 bedrooms + 2 livingrooms etc?

so only 1 bedroom + 3 livingrooms?

Also, anything else I might need to know about Århus / Denmark?

Well, Boligportalen is the best one to use in denmark Els you kinda need to talk with the, ehm, kommune? Something, can't remember what it is called ^^

4 rooms means normaly 3 bedrooms 1 living room.

In the one you posted, i'm pretty sure this means there is 3 livingrooms sadly, and only 1 closed bedroom. The livingrooms are all bounded together with glassdoors it looks like
