If anyone here speaks English please help me out!

I heard this woman singing on the FIFA2005 soundtrack and I love her music, but I can not find any of her other songs out there.
If someone could tell me anything about her I would greatly appreciate it.
All I know is that she is from Copenhagen, Denmark.

Slanman - yes, the song is really incredible, but unfortunately she stopped her career.. at the time she made the song, she didnt have a record label, but she later on signed with outtalimits records, which is a small german record label, but that didnt work out either .. she hasnt really done anything since.
