Me and my girlfriend will go to Scotland to work there.. Problem is that she is bulgarian and her mom said something about access to work in united kingdom.. I would be very glad if some1 trusted will tell me :
1) How long she can works there
2) If she really need access to work there
3) Where she have to get access if she will need it.

There are some restrictions for bulgarians about working there. But i have friends doing it, there is a some kind of temporarily document for foreigners, giving you chance to work. Better ask some institution, lol, not jsp ;)) Good luck

Thats how I said man , i tried to google it , but I found only for czech peoples. And I though that someone of here will check the bulgarian institutions on web and tell me more about it. Could you do please?

All I need to know is if she can stay there for more then 3 monhts.. I know that she can stay there , but doesnt she need any works papers about that she works there ? Guys please try to google some rules about that. I really cant search it .. :\ czech google is tard , seeking only for czech rules , wont find any about bulgarians. :\

You should first find out what documents you need to work in Scotland... working Visa or smth.?... Then you can find out where to get it...
