Try browsing around in the guild list and the ls guild chat forums to see which ones are active etc.

Storm & Kirby guild are known for taking in new slashers, perhaps you can look around there.

you could always join my guild :)

were always looking for some new friends to slash with.

were homies of the kirby guild as well :) all are great guys
