In my opinion, unless you have quite a bit of fg for top gear, it is difficult to level as your levels advance
Look for items with enhanced effect or EE. EE increases damage of weapons, defense on armor, and damage or heals on charms
Taking answer one into consideration, I suggest joining a catacombs game. Listen to what the more experienced people tell you, click, and never, ever go afk
