healer: magician
Stats: First 10 in vitality. All the rest of them into Intelligence. No exceptions here.
Equipment that a magician can use:Weapons: Dagger, Staff
Armor: Robe, Padded Robe
Charms: All Types
Weapon: Staffs are prefferred as you will increase your proficiency to be used later as a monk and warlock. Go for high Heal Mastery
Armor: Padded Robes prefferred with high heal mastery
Primary Charm: Any type charm with high heal mastery
Secondary Charm: Healing charm here only. Go for focused heals for more consistent healing. The only magic mod that matters is enhanced effect. Go for very high ee charms here.
Placement in cata: Back at all times
You will not need to update your equip at every 5 levels like a tank or fighter must. Make sure that you are wearing heal mastery items throughout your levels and you will heal fine. The one exception to this is your heal charm that goes in your secondary charm slot. This charm must be updated as often as possible to keep your heals on par with the damage your party will take. Also keep in mind that while not totally dependent on armor - due to being in the back of the party - you should consider upgrading your armor with higher defense rating gear
