Hello to all, I have some new updates and this required a new thread clean and free with all new updates on the first page. I request all members use this thread now, as I have requested a moderator to close the old one. Here is what is new for our guild:

A new ranking System!! Yay finally, all you ambitious members can get a move on and start to fairly establish yourselves with our guild

Hylian-Legends Ranking System Version 1.0


Member All members start here. This will be primarily for people who just want to join the guild, but arent much more active than being Guild friends. Np, the more the merrier.

Hylian-Soldier: This rank is given to indivuals who express interest in playing LS to help rank the guild by earning Guild points. You must create and level at least one character to lvl 30.
This must be reviewed and verified by a Chancellor or higher. Send a pm to said members or myself or my wife, we can look at the guild list page and view your LS characters.

Hylian-Corporal: This rank is given up the completion of one MQ, whether you pass or fail, you win at least 1 GP. You cannot exceed past this rank if you have a 30% warn.

Hylian-Sergeant: You must have at least one month with the guild, and have completed 3 Mqs (pass or fail) gaining the guild at least 3 GPS. You cannot exceed past this rank if you have a 20% warn.

Hylian-Lietenant: You must have at least 2 months with the guild, and have attempted 8 Mqs gaining the guild at least 8 GPS. Passing to Paladin will also award this rank. You cannot obtain this rank if you have any warn %.

The following ranks can only be earned based on actually unlocking classes and by helping to recruit members into the guild that do not have any excessive warn history (20% or more), locks or negative tags on their profile. You must also be free of the same negative statuses.

Hylian-Captain: You must have at least 3 months with the guild, and have Successfully Passed MQ to unlock Paladin, in addition you must have attempted/passed enough MQs to have gained 20 GPS. You are required to recruit one member into the guild, they must have at least 2 months with JSP and no more than a 20% warn, otherwise they will not receive an invitation. You must have demonstrated that you can set the example to other guild members of following JSP and guild rules.

Hylian-General: You must have 6 months with the guild, and have Successfully Passed MQ to unlock Monk, in addition you must have attemted/passed enough MQ's to have gained 30 GPS. You are required to have recruited another member into the guild. They must have had at least 2 months with JSP and no more than a 10% warn, otherwise they will not receive an invitation. You must have demonstrated that you can set the example to other guild members of following JSP and guild rules. You will be able to purchase features for the guild using your own fg (ranks, slots, etc) but this will not be refundable should you be removed from the guild or decide to leave on your own.


Hylian-Lord: You must have been with the guild for 1 year, and have successfully Passed MQ to unlock Ninja, in addition you must have attempted/passed enough MQs to have gained 50 GPs. You are required to recruit another two members into the guild. They must have had at least 2 months with JSP and no warn history, otherwise they will not receive an invitation. You must have demonstrated that you can set the example to other guild members of following JSP and guild rules. You will be able to purchase features for the guild using your own fg (ranks, slots, etc) but this will not be refundable should you be removed from the guild or decide to leave on your own.

Hylian-Chancellor: You must have been with the guild for 1 year, and have successfully passed MQ to unlock Ninja, in addition, you must have attempted/passed enough MQs to have gained 100 GPs. In addition to this, you must be someone that is absolutely trustworthy to myself and my wife, as you will have guild options to recruit/remove/edit members, purchase features for the guild (using your fg of course ), Edit ranks, edit the guild charter, pretty much admin options. This position will not be a hand-out, it must be earned. There currently is no higher rank, but may be in the future based on member activity, count, and guild ranking.

Please keep in mind, INTEGRITY, TRUST, AND HONOR are fundamental to your advancement and success within this guild. If you recruit members that are illegitimate accounts (multis) KNOWINGLY, you will be reduced to the lowest rank, or possibly banned from the guild. If by chance you recruit said account and are unaware it is a multi, no action will be taken against you. Make sure you always check the scammers forum to make sure someone you wish to recruit has not been reported for scamming/multi.

This also goes without saying, that if any member is accused of scamming/stealing from another guild member/jsp member you will be investigated by myself, my wife, or a chancellor. All promotions will be supsended until the investigation is complete. If irrefutable proof is provided proving you are a scammer/thief, you will be removed from the guild and Reported to the Scammers Accusation Forum and I will personally PM a mediator/moderator to look into it.

Another note on "Stealing" I would like to mention directly involves LS items. Technically, there is no way to scam/steal something from someone if the market place is used correctly. However, If someone posts an item in the guild chat thread wishing to donate it to the guild, this becomes guild property once received. Myself, my wife, and a chancellor all will "Hold" the items in trust of the guild and distribute on the mp at a fixed amount we will discuss to trade to other members so it is not sniped. Be aware that this is a risk and the item can still be sniped. If you receive an item designated as guild property, and sell it on the mp, delete it, or refuse to return it when finished with it, you will be removed from the guild. No questions asked. We (my wife, chancellor and I) will review your LS chars to ensure the item is or is not there. This is a trust issue, please be courteous to others who are trying to help you out. Please be aware that if you donate an item to the guild and it does become sniped, that it is lost. We will not be held responsible (fg wise) for this risk, as it happens almost daily. If you donate an item, and for some reason decide to leave the guild, the item is still guild property. Only donate something you are willing to permanently give up. These rules apply to myself, my wife, and the chancellors as well.

On the note of guild members donating/loaning items to other guild members. USE CAUTION!! Ive already discussed sniping, so make sure you discuss these loans/donations only via pms, posting in the guild chat thread IS AT YOUR OWN RISK, as anyone from the LS community is free to view and post there. If you loan/receive from another member that is NOT guild property, use it appropriately and then RETURN IT. If you do not, you will be removed, but proof of this must be provided. I would prefer members loaning items to others forward me, my wife or a chancellor a copy of all pms discussing sending and receipt of said items, otherwise it will be your word against his/hers. Unless you have taken screenshots or have a link to the LS Trading thread the item was sold in ( you must still have sent us pms proving these loans), you will be pretty much out of luck.

It has taken my wife and I quite some time to come up with this system for advancement within our guild. I hope all of you ambitious members strive to do your very best, and are successful in all your goals. Its a pleasure and honor to have you all among us!!

I would like to congratulate at this time, Brandon42, Brandon, for attempting his first MQ and gaining us 1 GP!! Grats to you bro, even though you didnt pass, you worked hard on your grinding and faced pinky head on. As a result you are now hereby promoted to Hylian-Corporal!!!

The only other mention on ranks is that one person is still a Hylian-Chancellor. That is our dear friend Matt. All of you have not met him here yet, but he is a real life friend and fellow associate to myself and mandy and we have known him for 5 years now. Eventualy he will fulfill the requirements LS wise for this rank, but I want everyone to understand he is someone I know and trust and can go to with no worries to take over the guild should me and my wife be busy with real life issues. Please do not complain about this, as this is a closed subject. This is out of respect to the rest of you to understand our reasonings.


For this chat thread, post as you feel necessary:

Chat, Cata Groups, LS accomplishments etc. Do not post just to get 1st post on new pages etc, mods frown upon that.

Hello daniel, good to see you again. There is a new rank system in effect, you can read first post above to see how to start ranking yourself.

Hows everyone doing? Im still working on my monk (31) and sammy (35). Looks like we now have 4 active slashers in the guild: Mandy, Myself, Brandon, and Tom. We currently rank on the third page of the Guild listing with 33 points.

if anyone happen to find a nice plate armor with some ee and life steal, preferably highlevel, i would'nt mind borrowing it

I know i'm new to the guild and hard to trust as i haven't proven myself whatsoever yet, and borrowing me an armor that's worth quite some fg is a very high risk. But i'd be very happy and it would make my leveling alot easier + i would be able to well alot at higher levels and hopefully gather alot of fg and end up buying the armor in the end if you agree on that.

hey Tom. Unfortunately none of us in the guild currently have this gear, very very expensive indeed. But if I find any low stats/ls gear, I'll be sure to lend to you, as I use Dex Armor and High Dex Charm for my melee builds.

Currently got Sammy to 38, and monk to 40, MQs a whiles off for both. Hows everyone else's Slashing going today?

yeah i realize that, sucks that it's so expensive :/ crossing my fingers i'll manage to gather enough fg to buy a sexy ee/ls armor, surely will improve my climbing alot!
