I saw the most suspicious thing today!
Okay... story time.
So... It was lunch time here. 11:30 and I went out to go get something for lunch. For whatever reason, I really had a craving for Mountain Dew. So I decided to go to Taco Bell since they have Mountain Dew. Drove over to Taco Bell, ordered my food through the Drive thru, and since it was beautiful outside, I decided to go eat my lunch in my car over at this abandoned super store parking lot. Store used to be a large chain grocery store, but it is not vacant and for sale. So the place is abandoned.
So, I turned the car off, played some music and started going at my #6 combo meal with a Mountain Dew. There was one other person in the huge parking lot, and it was a UPS truck. I was about 80-100 yards from it. I just found a spot next to some tree, with a decent relaxing feeling to relax, eat lunch, enjoy the weather and warm breeze. Well, not 5 minutes into my little stay, another UPS truck pulls in and pulls up to the other one. No biggie. Well they started swapping packages and stuff from there trucks, I was like ok. Well, then another UPS truck came in and started swaping packages too. Again, no biggie. Then a fourth UPS truck came over, and again, in and out, swapping packages. Ok, well this isn't a big deal. Probably pretty normal. 4 UPS trucks meeting up and coordinating or whatever.
Well... as these 4 guys are all out of there trucks, going in and out of the cargo hold, another Vehicle pulls in. From my distance, it looked to be either a Aston Martin or a Rolls Royce. I couldn't tell from where I was at. Black car, completely blacked out with black tinted windows. So this car pulls up next to the UPS trucks, rolls the window down half way. Recieves a small box from one of them UPS men, and then drives off. And I was like WTF was that?
That seemed to be super suspicious to me. Before I finished my lunch, all the UPS trucks started leaving, one by one. And then I left and went back to work.
The first part is no big deal. When a truck breaks down or starts acting funny, that's SOP(Standard Operating Procedure) for them to stop and redistribute the packages to be delivered. As for the other car, not a clue. Much more likely that it was the boss coming by to pick up an "important" package that has nothing to do with illegal behavior. Very unlikely they would do something like that out in the open where anyone can see from a long ways off. However, using your imagination for the evil machinations of man is much more interesting.
