You dont need all of those to get to 30.... with a good enough hybrid items you can skip a few tiers For solo I'd also suggest Ee plates Till like level 20 or so

Level Req: 20
Defense: 16 to 48

+20 Dexterity
+29 Intelligence

Rare wind VII
Level Req: 20
Spell Damage: 30 to 137
Mana Cost: 53

+23 Strength
+15 Intelligence

These two wouldn't be half bad they'd get you to level 30 but you might wanna look for more stats on your 20 charm..
for the lower levels go with ee plates and try to find a Str /int charm
