I just want to remind you Ryan, that brad came from behind and put you in a full nelson and mounted you on your back and locked his legs over your body.

That move is basically the stalemate move and even if you were 6x stronger than brad, it be very hard to break away from something like that. All your leverage is gone in that position and all of your joints and pivot ability is completely over extended and you wouldn't be able to move.

so its the move that makes them tie?

It's a move that completely disables an opponent. And especially if he is on his back with someone having their legs locked over them.

And I was standing up shooting him with a dart gun.

It's illegal in almost all MMA promotions because you can just apply a little bit of pressure to somebody's neck and just break it easily.
