Trying new setup... pure INT ninja... woot... I hope it works this round.

Last setup: 182 str / 80 dex build... not that great... but still retain the 2.3k crits... (level 55+)
Other setup: 120 dex / 142 str build... very nice setup reaching 2.2k crits around level 50

With pure int build... no crits for melee... will test the casting... hopefully it goes okay... if not... then heal some...
