So... I have two little dogs. They are Bichon Frise dogs. And last night I saw two fox in my back yard (not foxes at war, so regular foxes). Well, this morning, I saw the fox again in my backyard.
So I went over to go investigate and found a chunk of animal flesh laying on the ground just outside my shed in the backyard. It was a very fatty piece of flesh, so I am assuming it must be from a ground hog that got very fat so it could hibernated during winter, since I do have ground hogs underneath the shed (stupid things).
Well, I do not want these fox around when my little dogs go outside to go to the bathroom. Very bad, I will die if my dogs get attacked or killed by one of these. Does anybody know a good way, or some sort of remedy to rid your property of foxes? I read there is fox repellent spray, and I also read you could put down a bunch of balck pepper around the area since foxes always are sniffing with their nose close to the ground.
I can not shoot them, my city does not allow open gunfire. So don't suggest that.
