i was never sure how glancing blow worked but imo if you own both of theese you should sell both and buy a 120ee dagger

but other wise i'd go with 98 ee because more ee and exp gain since idk what glancing blow really does

grrr then id have to find a buyer for both i got almost another complete dagger set i need to sell off neways
