Last nights Margarita Fiesta Night was FUN.
We had chicken Fajitas, Sopapillas, 7 seven layer Dip, Fiesta Ranch Dip and OFC Margaritas by the gallon!


And yes, Im a little Hung Over!


Fiesta Ranch Dip
32 oz sour cream
1 packet of Hidden Valley Fiesta ranch seasoning
2 cups sharp cheedar cheese
4 oz package of bacon bits
1 small can mexicorn, drained well
1/2 can black beans rinsed wel
3 tsp fresh chopped cilantro
hotsauce to taste
chili powder to taste

this is My RECIPE. Try it, I hope you enjoy it!
and if you make it a day ahead of time and leave it in the fridge.....the flavors will be so intense and wonderful!!!!!

2 x packs of hot chocolate mix
1+1/2 shots of dr. mcgillicuddy mint
1+1/2 shots of vanilla smirnoff vodka
boiled milk/water (i like milk)
big spoon full of fluffernutter
