I was just leveling my mule and I thought the game lagged, because I attacked twice extremely fast. Then I looked at my gear, curious if I had Quick Draw. I realized I do (1%), and after seeing that, I'd love to get 10% on a melee weapon.

Anyways back to lvling my mule.
